Meet Tracy....

I am an organized business operations professional and spiritual advisor with 20 years of experience, mastering the art of identifying and resolving life's disruptive patterns such as poor decision-making, self-sabotage, and ongoing inner conflicts.

My journey began more than 20 years ago when I recognized my talent for organizing and conflict resolution within corporate, non-profit, and religious organizations.  I am an ordained Prophetic Minister with a specialty in counseling,  as well as having a bachelor’s degree in business management and hospitality. This background has prepared me to thrive in a fast-paced, often stressful environment within corporate America.

I found my way of coping by integrating my personal and spiritual core values.  These include maintaining my inner peace while allowing others to express themselves without harm.  Practicing the art of  "staying in your own lane"  has enabled me to leverage my inner spiritual peace, even amidst chaos. 

My goal is to help others find their inner peace amidst chaos, decompress from life stressors, rebound, and thrive. There is always  positive energy to flow in, I will help you find it.
